Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
What is Mindfulness?
Put simply, mindfulness is about being aware of the present moment, without being caught up in ruminating thoughts or worrying about the past or the future. Mindlessness can result in loss of awareness and in you becoming disconnected from your life. Mindfulness gives us the ability to live more fully as it allows the body and mind to become calmer and more aware.

What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)?
MBSR uses mindful mediation and mindful movement as its basis. The practises have shown over two decades to be transforming in the lives of countless course attendees.
Our MBSR courses are closely structured on the approach developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn and his associates at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre. |
