Coaching Agreement
Services
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are telephone coaching as designed jointly with the client and coach. Coaching is not a substitute for any medical services like therapy, psychotherapy, psychology, counselling or any other mental health service. The coaching service may include values clarification, education, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests. As the client you should be aware that coaching results cannot be guaranteed and agrees that you are entering into coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for your own results. Wide Open Road Wellness Pty Limited is not responsible for any actions you chose to take after sessions to change your life and are not responsible for any consequences of those actions.
Coaching Relationship
We want to help you grow, change, develop and achieve your life goals. While we will challenge you to live out your values and reach your potential, our relationship starts with your agenda, your values and your initiative. You are responsible for your life and you will make the choices about what actions to take and what we work on together. We are excited in partnering you on this journey on your Wide Open Road.
Coach commitment:
At Wide Open Road Wellness we make the following coaching commitment:
· Provide the client with professional coaching services to facilitate achievement of goals as stipulated by the client.
· Provide support, accountability, perspective and resources for your change goals.
· Adhere to coaching ethical standards stipulated by the International Coaching Federation.
· Keep all client records including session notes and contact details strictly confidential.
· Keep hold of all information disclosed in coaching sessions as confidential.
· Be diligent and punctual for sessions which are planned on a prearranged date and time.
Client commitment:
· Arrive for all coaching sessions on time.
· Bring an issue or plan to the session relevant to the coaching.
· Turn off mobile phone, call waiting and other distractions during the session.
· Be available for the session in a quiet location; cafe’s, driving the car, busy airport terminals and other public spaces are not conducive to coaching sessions.
· Take full responsibility for their choices and decisions during coaching.
· Let the coach know if at any time the coaching is not working for them and use their best efforts to resolve any issues that may arise.
· Commit to carry out their growth plan including regular homework and action that arise from sessions.
· Be diligent and punctual for sessions which are planned on a prearranged date and time.
Call Procedure:
Appointments will be via Skype. Please find a quiet place where you will not be distracted. You will call the coach on the day and time scheduled on our Skype ID or our Sydney phone number +61 2 8006 0752.
Day and Time of session:
The day and time of our sessions will be mutually selected. Both coach and client agree to be diligent and punctual for our meetings so that we can make the most of our time together. We will try not to reschedule or cancel sessions out of respect for each other’s schedules.
Terms of Payment
· Fees for the session are paid in advance of the session.
· Payment for coaching shall be via PayPal from the Wide Open Road Wellness website, credit card services via PayPal or direct bank deposit to our Australian bank account whereby you incur any international or domestic transfer fees.
· Sessions may be purchased in a Wide Open Road Wellness Coaching Pack which expires 12 months after purchase.
· Gift Certificates can be purchased for friends or relatives and will expire within 6 months of purchase and are subject to the coach’s availability. Gift Certificates are best purchased for people who are willing to make changes; remember we cannot change other people.
Cancellation/Postponement
The client is required to notify Wide Open Road Wellness Pty Limited in writing via email with 24 hours notice of cancelling or postponing a session. Failure to inform us in writing will result in the client forfeiting that session with no refund. Clients who are more than 10mins late will have their session cancelled by the coach and they will forfeit that session with no refund. For clients up to 10mins late, each minute of lateness will be deducted from the coaching session.
Termination of Coaching
The coach client relationship can be terminated under any of the following conditions:
· The client fails to observe or perform any of the terms of this agreement and fails to remedy a breach within 5 calendar days of written notice provided by WORW.
· The client fails to perform any term of this agreement of which is incapable of remedy.
· The client cancels more than 3 sessions during the coaching period.
· The client fails to follow through on 3 agreed action items or steps which were agreed upon at the end of a session.
· The coach fails to observe or perform any of the terms of this agreement and fails to remedy a breach within 5 calendar days of written notice provided by the client.
· The coach fails to perform any term of this agreement of which is incapable of remedy.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicated your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
